HH Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang in Tallinn
His Holiness Teachings in Tallinn, Estonia
The Drikung Kagyu Head Lama H.H. Chetsang Rinpoche will visit Estonia for the first time in 15 years and give teachings on Living and Dying Skilffully in accord with the Tibetan tradition on Saturday 19.8 and Sunday 20.8 in Tallinn.
DAY 1 @ 11:00 – 14:00, Saturday 19th of August
LIVING SKILLFULLY: Samadhi Meditation Instructions. Suitable for all levels of practitioners, including non-Buddhist.
DAY 2 @ 11:00 – 14:00, Sunday 20th of August
DYING SKILLFULLY: Teaching on Phowa, an ancient practice focused on helping ourselves and others to die skillfully.
VENUE: Narva maantee 91
The venue is an old manor adjacant to the beautiful Kadriorg park, easily accessible from from both ship terminals and Tallinn Airport.
A taxi ride from the airport takes about 10 minutes and cost less than 10 euros.
FROM SHIP TERMINALS:
The venue is accessible by walk in 20-30 minutes from the ship terminals and the center of the city. Or 5-10 minutes with taxi.

Lecture on calm-abiding meditation technique with specific instructions on how anyone can live a more meaningful and harmonious everyday life through the practice of meditation. The topics and techniques covered in the lecture are applicable for everyone, regardless of age, lifestyle, religion or other factors.

Lecture on Phowa, the ancient Tibetan meditation technique that focus on developing a more meaningful, and less fear-based relationship with the inevitability of death, both our own and of those close to us. This lecture is intended for Buddhists with some previous experience in Buddhist practices.
